Class 1B's last session...Birds and Bears

It was 1Bs last session today, but they finished off their landscape collages, fed the birds and made some beautiful bear drawings.

1B have been very busy today. They thought about the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears. The did some drawings from studying teddy bears, using charcoal to try to get the feel and texture of the bears - and I think they captured the furyness really well!

After trying out charcoal, 1B used chalk on black paper. The bears look lovely and fluffy - great work 1B.

They also finished off their collages by cutting out their beautiful leaf prints and sticking them on to the landscape, as if the leaves were blowing in the wind.

Well done 1B - what lovely work.

Miss Brown has made a lovely classroom display from the landscapes and birds....
